Over 10 years in commercial banking at a major financial institution, with additional experience in mergers and acquisitions at a boutique investment banking firm. Co-founded and built a successful fintech company serving recreational dealerships across Quebec. Responsible for business operations, strategy, partnerships, and business development.

Kirk Bilias

Founder, Chairman & CTO

Twenty years of business and technology experience spanning enterprise AI, data architecture, and entrepreneurship. Trained as a computer engineer, Kirk spent over a decade designing and shipping AI and data systems for some of Canada's largest organizations — including major financial institutions, energy companies, and federal government bodies. As an AI architect, he specializes in building systems that work in high-stakes, regulated environments where accuracy is non-negotiable. nicole is the convergence of everything he has built — applied to the domain that needs it most.

Dr. Eve Simoneau, MD, PhD

Co-Founder & CMO

General surgery residency at McGill, PhD in experimental surgery, hepatobiliary fellowship at MD Anderson, liver transplant fellowship at Columbia. Assistant Professor at the Université de Montréal Department of Surgery and researcher at the CRCHUM. As a liver transplant and HPB surgeon with a busy clinical practice, she ensures nicole solves problems that actually matter to physicians.
