You trained for years to practice medicine. Not to decode RAMQ billing manuals. nicole handles the codes, catches what you miss, and gets you paid — so you can get back to patients.
You know this feeling
It's 7pm. You've just come out of a complex case. You're tired, but you sit down at the computer anyway — because the billing won't do itself.
You stare at the screen. Was there a supplement code for that? Does the time-based modifier apply when the procedure crosses midnight? You're almost certain you're missing something, but you can't remember which rule changed last quarter. So you submit what you can, knowing it's probably not everything you're owed.
Or maybe you've hired a billing agent. They're good — but they still miss codes. They don't know what happened in the OR today. And when RAMQ sends a clawback notice, it's your name on it, not theirs.
This isn't what you trained for. And it's costing you — time, money, and the energy you'd rather give to patients.
What nicole does for you
Four tools. Each one removes a piece of the administrative burden so you can focus on what actually matters.
After your procedure, nicole reviews your encounter and suggests every applicable RAMQ code — including supplements, modifiers, and time-based adjustments you'd typically miss.
Before you submit, nicole flags any errors or code conflicts — so you never face a clawback you didn't see coming.
Your billing is done in minutes, not an hour. Accurate. Submitted. Done.
Dictate your note naturally — the way you'd tell a colleague what happened. nicole structures it, formats it to your institution's standards, and drafts referral letters and correspondence automatically.
From OR to note in under 5 minutes.
nicole answers your calls when you're unavailable, takes messages, and sends you a clean summary. It schedules meetings, manages your calendar, and keeps your inbox organized — without you lifting a finger.
In meetings, nicole takes minutes and distributes them automatically. Voicemails are transcribed and ranked by priority. Reminders are sent before you forget.
For the first time, your phone and your calendar work for you — not the other way around.
Every conference you attend, every journal article you read for a case — nicole logs it automatically toward your Royal College CME requirements. You stop tracking. nicole tracks for you.

A conversation, not a form. Tell nicole what happened and she handles the rest.

RAMQ is one of the most complex billing systems in North America. nicole was built from the ground up for Quebec — not a generic tool adapted after the fact. The difference shows up in your reimbursement.
